Dr. Gabriella
Co-founder
I’m a pelvic and post-partum specialist dedicated to helping clients regain strength and confidence. With a background in urological, gynecological, and orthopedic care, I use clinical Pilates to support recovery, creating classes tailored for post-partum and pelvic health needs.

Dr. Natalya
Co-founder
I’m a clinical and athletic Pilates specialist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Since 2017, I’ve treated complex cases at Columbia University Hospital while guiding clients in rehabilitation and fitness through my expertise as a Peak Pilates Certified Instructor. My goal is to empower individuals on their journey to strength and recovery.

At Physiolab, we started our journey in November 2023, and we’re thrilled to have welcomed over 1,000+ happy members into our community. Our studio is more than just a place to work out; it’s a warm and welcoming space where like-minded individuals come together to support one another on their wellness journeys. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting, we invite you to join our growing family in Brooklyn. I’m an internationally certified coach with 5 years in stretching and over 7 years in power training. My sessions are tailored to enhance joint mobility, strength, and overall well-being. In each class, you can fully unwind and immerse yourself in body and mind relaxation.

I’m a Pilates instructor with over 7 years of experience in Pilates and personal training, certified by Balanced Body Pilates on Reformer and Mat. I create personalized sessions for all levels, blending calming breathwork with dynamic core work to inspire strength and balance.

I grew up doing ballet and became certified in Pilates in 2008 with Peak Pilates, eventually advancing to Intermediate and Advanced certifications.
With over 15 years of teaching experience, I’m also a stuntwoman in film and television in New York, passionate about tricking and tumbling.
In my classes, I focus on classical Pilates techniques with a strong emphasis on alignment and self-awareness, helping you discover a dynamic flow and greater freedom in everyday life.

My first Iyengar class in 2014 brought such relief that I trained with Alison West, first in 2015 for alignment-based yoga, then again in 2018 for scoliosis and back care. Now, I guide students to move beyond physical limitations and find balance.
